DELIVERY GUARANTEE
All our products are registered when shipped. We use the Greek Post Office or private courier services for our shipments. We GUARANTEE that every order will be delivered or we will replace it for free or refund in full the order's cost, including shipping charges.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

The buyer shall inspect the order immediately upon receipt and must sign the delivery note as ‘Unchecked’ or ‘Damaged’ if there is visible box damage. Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to return the faulty order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We do not accept refunds on all our items, unless some wrong item has been sent or if the item sent is defective. in which case it has to be returned unused and in its original package. We sell only original cd's, sealed by their recording companies and can't be held responsible for the artistic quality or sound quality of these recordings. We kindly ask our customers to check on their orders upon reception. If an order reaches destination but is considered damaged, please do not collect it from the Post Office but have it "Returned to Sender" marked as "damaged". After inspection we will replace your order or refund its cost in full, according to your choice.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Creta Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery by our carrier and your signature on the delivery form.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Creta Shop attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Creta Shop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Creta Shop itself is not as described, your sole action is to return it in unused condition.
