Crete Map 1:200.000

It was updated based on the cartographic survey carried out for the creation of the 1:100,000 maps of Eastern Crete and Western Crete, thereby providing you with top-notch information for its category and a wealth of information you will not find in competitive maps of a higher (more detailed) scale.

Four city maps are printed in colour on the back of the main map (Chania, Rethymnon, Iraklion, and Aghios Nikolaos), dramatically improved and updated compared to the previous edition. These are the only maps of those cities that show the traffic direction for each street. They include all the new pedestrian walks, special signage for the main roads, points of entry and exit to and from the city, and public services that are of use to travellers. An alphabetical index of the cities and villages, with a special lemma to archaeological sites printed on the back of the map.

The map is printed on the geophysical background provided by the Hellenic Military Geographic Service. The footprint of the international trail E4, as are all the island’s beaches, archaeological sites, monasteries, many country chapels, forests, mountain refuges, altitudes of mountain peaks, gorges and canyons and much more are marked on this map.

Even the boundaries of the Kapodistrian Municipalities, their seats and names are marked.
